1. Permitted Use
ConsumerVoice grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the Service for personal, non-commercial purposes. You may browse company profiles, read reviews, and submit your own reviews in accordance with these Terms of Use.
2. Prohibited Conduct
You must not: post reviews for companies with which you have a financial or employment relationship without clear disclosure; submit reviews on behalf of another person without their consent; use automated tools to scrape, crawl, or harvest data from the Service; attempt to gain unauthorised access to any part of the Service or its infrastructure; or impersonate any person or entity.
3. Review Guidelines
Reviews must be based on genuine first-hand experience. They must not contain personal attacks, hate speech, discriminatory language, or private information about individuals. Reviews that are purely promotional or contain advertising will be removed. ConsumerVoice reserves the right to edit or remove any review that violates these guidelines.
4. Intellectual Property
You retain ownership of the content you submit. By posting content on ConsumerVoice, you grant us a licence to display and distribute it as part of the Service. You must not reproduce, copy, or republish any content from ConsumerVoice without prior written permission.
5. Third-Party Links
The Service may contain links to third-party websites. These links are provided for convenience only. ConsumerVoice does not endorse and is not responsible for the content, privacy practices, or terms of any third-party sites.
6. Termination
ConsumerVoice reserves the right to suspend or terminate your access to the Service at any time, with or without notice, for conduct that we believe violates these Terms of Use or is harmful to other users, us, or third parties.
